Pycap Featured at the 2022 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference

On November 2, 2022, Pycap was featured at the Canada Chapter of 2022 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference with a Keynote Speech provided by Pycap CEO Stuart Browne.

During his speech, Stuart discussed opportunities with Canada and Shenzhen with specific mention of the Startup Visa Program in providing an opportunity for Chinese entrepreneurs to immigrate to Canada as well as his rich experience in presenting Pycap's portfolio tech companies at investor roadshows in Shenzhen and other parts of China.

At the event, Stuart was also joined by Mr. Godwin Chan, York Regional Councillor/Deputy Mayor of City of Richmond Hill and Mr. Michael Chan, York Regional Councillor/Deputy Mayor of City of Markham who gave speeches about the benefits of their respective towns.

The Canada Chapter of 2022 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference was co-organized by SCI Innovation Centre and the North American Representative Office of Shenzhen.

The Canada Chapter states that Shenzhen, as an important trade and gateway to China, attaches great importance to economic, trade and technology cooperation with Canada and has decided to establish an economic and trade liaison office in Canada based on existing SCi Innovation platform to strengthen cooperation with Shenzhen and Canada.

This event launched the Shenzhen Economic and Trade Office (Toronto) in Canada and provided an opportunity for attendees to build connections with business partners, manufacturers and

investor in Shenzhen.

Canada Chapter of 2022 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference is an annual conference and networking event, which promotes the City of Shenzhen and give Canadian companies with an international perspective the opportunity to share their success stories to the local Canadian audience and the relevant Shenzhen media.
