Pycap VC/PE Course Now Taught at UofT Scarborough Campus - Management

Pycap created the curriculum, and for numerous years instructed courses related to venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, and cryptocurrency for the Schulich School of Business, MBA and Master of Finance programs.

Due to popular demand the University of Toronto Management, Scarborough Campus is now running Pycap's course for almost 100 BBA students. This fully accredited course will provide students with invaluable, real world insight into the world of private equity. The course, MGFD15H3 Special Topics in Finance: Private Equity explores the private equity asset class and the private equity acquisition process. It covers both the academic and practical components of private equity investing, including: deal sourcing, financial modelling and valuations, transaction structuring, financing, diligence, negotiations, post transaction corporate strategy and governance.
